I can’t say enough good things about Charlie. Going to the dentist has never been easy for me, but Charlie genuinely changed that. He’s kind, patient, and takes the time to really listen instead of rushing you through the appointment. He explains everything clearly, checks in often, and makes sure you’re comfortable every step of the way. You can tell he truly cares about his patients and takes pride in his work. I left feeling not only well taken care of, but actually grateful for the experience — which is something I never thought I’d say about a dental visit. If you’re nervous about the dentist or just want someone you can trust, I highly recommend Charlie.

I had a very smooth experience at MD Dental Docklands. Doctor Zhang is very professional, the treatment was handled with great care. Communication was clear throughout the visit, with everything explained in a way that was easy to understand. Overall, a very good treatment and a clinic I’d happily recommend.

Honestly I picked MC dental because it’s my local but I am coming back because this has to be by far the best experience I’ve had the dentist!! I saw Dr Regina and wow, the most painless experience Did Scan, Xray, clean and filling He whole team is amazing and they also gave me a little after care package for free

Had a great experience at MC Dental Docklands. The team was friendly, welcoming, and very professional from the moment I walked in. The dentist, Jyoti Gyawali took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure we felt comfortable throughout the appointment. The lady in the Reception was very friendly. The clinic is modern, clean, and well-organised, and the service was efficient without feeling rushed. I really appreciated their care and attention to detail. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a reliable and caring dental clinic in Docklands.

I recently moved to this dental clinic after being with my previous one for 8 years — and I’m so glad I did! Dr. Shirley gave me the best cleaning I’ve ever had. She was thorough, gentle, and clearly very skilled. My kids (ages 4 and 6) also had a great experience. The team was fantastic with them — patient, kind, and made them feel comfortable. From start to finish, the service was excellent. The office staff were friendly and efficient, and everything just ran so smoothly. You can tell this clinic is really well managed. Highly recommend!

Great and prompt emergency service. I highly appreciated Dr Shirley Zhang’s work and advice today. I could not have wished for better care. All the staff who dealt with me, reception, dental assistant, as well as Dr Shirley, were totally professional, as well as it being lovely to be looked after by all of them.

You can tell he genuinely thinks from the patient’s perspective rather than rushing into treatments. Highly recommended this clinic as staffs and my dentist Dr Xia always provide good care and best services. I’ve been with this clinic for 4 years and always have excellent experience. Even for one removal Dr Xia did for me before, the 2nd day i wake up i can’t feel the pain already and no swollen etc which is amazing! Keep going and love you guys!

This is my first time visiting and doing dental check here, I would say the experience was incredible amazing.Doctor Shirley Zhang is really considerable and professional, I rarely feel uncomfortable during the teeth washing. The environment is clean and bright as well, the staffs are friendly. By the way, it is really easy for me to just tap my Medibank card on the spot. Will back again and recommend this dental clinic to others.
